Auschwitz: 'I had to survive to tell the world'

At just 16 years old, Kitty Hart-Moxon arrived in Auschwitz, the infamous Nazi concentration camp, with her mother.

She was put to work sorting out the belongings of those brought to the camp before they were killed in the gas chambers.

In all, Kitty spent two years in Auschwitz during which time she witnessed many horrors and lost many friends.

As events take place to mark the 70th anniversary of the camp's liberation, Kitty spoke to Witness about her experience and what drove her to survive.
