Blustons landmark London fashion shop closes its doors

A celebrated women's clothes shop that has been serving customers in north London for more than 80 years closes its doors for the final time on Wednesday.

Blustons in Kentish Town opened in 1931 and has been in the hands of the same family ever since.

Owner Michael Albert is the third generation to run the shop and has been working there since he left school at 16, but is now retiring.

Despite fashion changing over the decades, the store has maintained its own recognisable style since opening, and the shop front is grade II listed.

BBC News visited Blustons as it held its closing down sale to capture the end of an era.
