#BBCtrending: Why did Turkey block Twitter?

A court in Turkey ordered a ban on publication of images of a deadly bomb attack in the south-east of the country. It led to Twitter being briefly shut down in the country - but like during other previous outages, it didn't completely stop people inside Turkey from using the network.
