Type 2 diabetes: 'My big poison is chocolate'

Jon O'Hagan was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes when he was 32. He is now 40 and is taking medication for his condition. Over many years Jon has struggled with his diet, even though it threatens to devastate his health.
