Testicular cancer sufferer: Get lumps checked by doctor

Jay Holmes, who is 26 and from Rainham in Kent, has had testicular cancer twice and says men who find any lumps should see a doctor as soon as possible.

He was first diagnosed when he was 19 and says there should be no embarrassment attached with going to see a GP because no-one knows why you're there.

It's after Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson launched a new cancer charity.

He is urging men to take better care of their health and get themselves checked out more often.
