Martin Freeman: No pressure taking on Oscar spin-off

Martin Freeman says he didn't feel any pressure taking on his latest role, despite it being based on an Oscar-winning original idea.

The British actor stars in new Channel 4 drama, Fargo, alongside Billy Bob Thornton.

The 1996 movie of the same name won two Academy Awards including for best screenplay.

Martin Freeman, who also stars in the Hobbit trilogy, added that the lack of new ideas in Hollywood was a "worry".

Talking to Newsbeat's Nesta McGregor, he also said he wasn't in favour of hit comedy The Office returning.

Fargo starts on Channel 4 on Sunday 20 April at 21:00 BST.
