'HIV is a fully manageable illness,' says campaigner
Luke Alexander was diagnosed as HIV positive when he was 18.
When he first got the news, he says he thought it would mean his life was "secluded" and he would struggle to get a relationship.
"Luckily it's not like that any more and HIV is a fully manageable chronic illness," he says.
He says better education is needed in school to explain how the virus is contracted and has started an online campaign.
