Foxes: Doctor Who cameo has given me taste for acting

The Grammy Award winning singer Foxes said filming her cameo on Doctor Who has given her the taste for acting.

Speaking to Newsbeat at T in the Park, the 25-year-old said she will definitely consider more roles in the future but for now she is focusing on music.

She joined Peter Capaldi, who recently took on the role of the Doctor, on set but said the secrecy around the show meant she was not allowed to talk about whether he would feature in her scenes.

"It was exciting. I was literally running around set fangirling and being generally embarrassing," she added.

Foxes played the Radio 1 Stage at T in the Park, which takes place in Balado, near Kinross, from 11 to 13 July.
