Fears grow over anorexic teenager missing for a week

Alice Gross, who's 14, has been missing for a week.

She was last seen walking back towards her home in Hanwell in west London on Thursday 28 August.

Police have found her rucksack by the Grand Union Canal towpath where she was last seen.

Newsbeat's been speaking to Alice's sister Nina.

She's revealed the 14-year-old has been diagnosed with anorexia and the family fear she might not be taking proper care of herself.

Anyone with information should call police on 020 8358 0100 or the charity Missing People on 116000.
