Ancient Britons 'drank from skulls'

Ancient Britons apparently used human skulls as drinking cups, according to evidence from skeletal remains unearthed in southwest England.

Scientists at the Natural History Museum have been analysing skulls found in Cheddar Gorge.

The way they have been cut and broken suggests people were using them as eating and drinking bowls.
