Seabird deaths: 'Glue' is identified as polyisobutene
Scientists have identified the mystery substance which caused hundreds of seabirds to be washed up off the south coast of Cornwall, Devon and Dorset.
It is a chemical, polyisobutene, which is often used by ships to make their engines work more efficiently.
