First lab-grown burger cooked and eaten in London
The world's first lab-grown burger was cooked and eaten at a news conference on Monday.
It was made in a laboratory using stem cells from a dead cow and cost more than £200,000.
The burger was served up to food critics Hanni Ruetzler and Josh Schonwald at the conference in London
The Dutch scientists responsible for the meat hopes this new way of production could one day help feed the world.
