Astronaut Tim Peake invites public to name ISS mission

Members of the public have been asked to propose a name for British astronaut Tim Peake's mission to the International Space Station (ISS) next year.

The competition, organised by the European Space Agency, is open to all citizens and residents of all the agency's member nations.

Major Peake is due to go to the ISS towards the end of 2015 and spend six months on board carrying out scientific experiments.

Science Correspondent Pallab Ghosh spoke to him exclusively via Skype.
