Climate change: 'Profound' report findings, says UN

Scientists and officials meeting in Japan have published the most comprehensive assessment to date of the impacts of climate change on the world.

Chairman of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Rajendra Pachauri, said the findings were "profound" and needed to be addressed.
