OneWeb sets out rocket campaign

The OneWeb company, which aims to take affordable internet connectivity to every part of the globe, says it will need the biggest commercial rocket campaign in history to get all of its satellites in orbit.

The British Channel Islands-registered firm has acquired more than 60 launchers to help put up the spacecraft in the constellation.

Thirty-nine of these rockets will come from Virgin Galactic with its LauncherOne vehicle. This rocket is still in development.

Virgin Galactic's CEO, George Whitesides, updated our correspondent Jonathan Amos on the vehicle's progress.
