How salt will keep giant solar plant running into the night

One of the world's biggest solar thermal plants will open in Morocco next month.

The mirrors at the plant at Ouarzazate cover the same area as the country's capital Rabat, and will use the Sun's warmth to melt salt - which will hold its heat to power a steam turbine in the evening.
