Colombia has highest number of Zika cases after Brazil

Colombia has the highest number of Zika cases after Brazil, and authorities say they are expecting around 600 cases of microcephaly, the condition linked to the virus in which children are born with small brains.

Spain has confirmed Europe's first case of the Zika virus in a pregnant woman. She had recently returned from Colombia.

David Shukman travelled to Baranquilla, in the north of Colombia, to find out what measures were being taken to combat the virus.
