Last man to walk on the Moon, Gene Cernan, has died

Former astronaut Gene Cernan, the last person to walk on the Moon, has died at the age of 82.

Mark Craig is director of the Last Man on the Moon, a documentary about Cernan. He tells the Today programme that although the famous astronaut was proud of his achievements, Cernan recognised that reaching the Moon "came at a high price".
