Secret lock on Wikileaks 'insurance file'

Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange responds to a question by BBC reporter Chris Vallance about why it provides locked files for download.

The files could be unlocked if the whistle-blowing organisation releases a key.

The site currently offers an 'insurance file' for download which could be opened if it chooses to release a secret code.
