Google told to delete 'illegally gathered' Street View data

Google has been ordered to delete more of the data illegally collected by its Street View cameras by the data protection regulator.

The Information Commissioner's instruction comes after it re-opened an investigation into the scraping of data from wi-fi networks in 2012, when American regulators found new evidence about the programme.
