Can Vietnam fulfill its tech start-up ambition?
Vietnam has one of the fastest growing economies in south-east Asia.
The government is keen to encourage tech start-ups and has created a "tech hub", which offers seed funding, housing, professional advice and business contacts.
But two years after the hub was opened only one business is based there - the 90 minute drive from Ho Chi Minh City is too far for many young companies to commute.
