Hands-on with Pepper the 'friendly robot' in Japan

"Pepper" is the first humanoid robot designed to live with humans.

The robot was created by French outfit Aldebaran in collaboration with Telecoms giant Softbank.

BBC Click's Marc Cieslak went to Japan to see how well it could interact with a real person.
