Tech to make you thin and unstressed
Wearable technology is enjoying a boom - a whole range of fitness tracking bracelets, cut-price touchscreen smartwatches and strap-on heart rate monitors are available.
There is even a gadget you wear on your wrist which claims to measure how many calories you are eating.
The BBC's North America technology correspondent Richard Taylor put some of the devices to the test at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas including a chair to help you relax.
