LG snaps at Apple and Samsung with photo-focussed G4

LG has launched its latest flagship smartphone - the LG G4.

Key features include a sophisticated and powerful camera allowing the user to make professional-grade adjustments to image capture.

The launch comes at a key time for the South Korean firm. This week the company reported its latest quarterly figures - smartphones, up 26% on the same period last year, form a key part of LG's profitability.

As well as the souped-up camera functionality, the LG G4 also has a distinctive design feature: a leather back.

The BBC went to the London launch of the phone to ask the technology media its opinion on the device.
