Xbox chief: Scorpio holdouts won't get left behind
Microsoft's Xbox division has announced Project Scorpio - a plan to build a console that can run video games in 4K resolution and support virtual reality.
That involves being able to control four times as many pixels at once as its current machine at 60 frames per second.
The announcement may cause concern for owners of the Xbox One, which was released less than three years ago.
But Xbox chief Phil Spencer told the BBC's Dave Lee that those who did not wish to buy a new machine would not be left behind.
