Rubbish clearing costs rise by £100m in England

The cost of keeping England's streets clean has risen in the last 12 months by £100m.

Phil Barton from Keep Britain Tidy told the BBC's Phil Lavelle that the increase is down to rising contract costs and a change in peoples' lifestyles.
