What makes a beach hut worth £35,000?
The traditional British seaside beach hut is enjoying a renaissance.
Scarborough and Mablethorpe are just two seaside towns seeking to transform this staple of the traditional bucket and spade holiday.
Scarborough has rebuilt more than 100 new huts and has put a number of them up for sale at £35,000, while Mablethorpe has gone for beauty and art in its huts - it even stages a beach hut festival in September.
So what makes a beach hut special? The hutters of Scarborough and Mablethorpe showed David Sillito around their seaside treasures.
