Raoul Moat victim Pc Rathband returns to shooting scene

Pc David Rathband, who was shot and blinded by Raoul Moat, has returned to the roundabout on Tyneside where he was attacked.

Pc Rathband was waiting in his patrol car at a roundabout on the A1 at East Denton when he was shot by the former bouncer.
