VJ Day marked in UK ceremonies

The sacrifice of almost 30,000 British service personnel who lost their lives serving in the Far East in World War II has been remembered at a ceremony at the Cenotaph in London.

The Prince of Wales was joined by Prime Minister David Cameron and veterans in the service marking the 65th anniversary of Victory over Japan, or VJ Day.

The BBC's Jenny Hill met one of the former soldiers who survived the campaign.
