How do you make a cow happy? One answer is to employ the services of a cow whisperer, someone who has made a career from studying these animals very closely indeed.

The BBC's Roger Finn has been to see a cow whisperer at work as she gave some expert advice and a few unusual tasks to a dairy farmer at Bower Chalke in Wiltshire.
