Father reads dying mother's 'manual' for family

The family of a 37-year-old mother who died of breast cancer earlier this year has revealed how she drew up a manual of more than 100 instructions to help them cope without her.

Kate Greene wrote down her hopes and ambitions for her two young sons, as well as practical tips for her husband, Singe, to follow.
