Virgin Atlantic boss says Civil Aviation Authority 'panicked'

It is six months since Iceland's ash cloud forced all planes out of the skies over Britain and much of Europe.

Now the head of one of Britain's biggest airlines Virgin Atlantic has told the BBC that the Civil Aviation Authority "panicked".
