Resident describes flooding in St Blazey, Cornwall

Heavy rainfall and gale force winds have hit parts of Cornwall, causing widespread flooding which has affected nearby homes and roads.

Resident Colin Parrock, who lives in St Blazey, says some roads are "completely flooded".

Local residents in other areas including Pentewan have seen up to 6ft (2m) of water in their homes.
