Will snow and freezing weather affect UK retailers?

The run up to Christmas is meant to be the busiest time of the year for retailers, however some fear the weather may have a large impact on sales this year.

Whilst some inner-city shopping centres are reporting lively sales, others are suffering badly as customers struggle to get to the stores.
