Police trial new procedure for anti-social complaints

8 police forces in England and Wales are beginning a new way of dealing with complaints about anti-social behaviour to improve the way reports and calls are handled.

One of the areas taking part in the trial is Leicestershire, where a woman killed herself and her disabled daughter in 2007 following years of abuse from a gang of teenagers.

Mark Worthington's report features Chief Inspector Nick Glynn of Leicestershire Police and Crime Prevention Minister James Brokenshire.
