Cameron warns Egypt over 'state sponsored violence'

David Cameron has said that steps taken so far by the Egyptian government "haven't met the aspirations of the Egyptian people".

The Prime Minister made his comments on his way to a meeting of EU leaders in Brussels.

Mr. Cameron added that if there was another day of "state sponsored violence or the hiring of thugs to beat up protesters then Egypt and its regime would lose any remaining credibility and support".
