International 'free running' comes to London

Ever since films like Casino Royale and Breaking and Entering made it popular, there has been a huge growth in the numbers taking up free running or Parkour.

This spring, one of the world's first free running international competitions made its UK debut and as well as showcasing professionals from all over the world, there was a chance for beginners to learn safely.
