Royal wedding: Kate 'totally accepted', says Queen's cousin

As the final preparations take place ahead of the royal wedding, the Queen's cousin said Kate Middleton had already made a good impression.

Margaret Rhodes, one of the Queen's most trusted confidants told the BBC "I think she has been totally accepted by the nation as a future queen".
