Sepp Blatter: 'I am fighting to clean Fifa'

The head of world football's governing body said he has not yet seen any evidence of corruption by one of its members.

Sepp Blatter's comments came after Lord Triesman accused four members of Fifa's executive committee of "improper behaviour".

Lord Triesman led England's failed bid to stage the 2018 World Cup and told MPs that one executive member asked for a Knighthood in return for a vote, while another asked for £2.5m to be funnelled through his account.

Mr Blatter told reporters that he was "fighting to clean Fifa".
