Lord Triesman claims four Fifa members sought 2018 bribes

Football's world governing body is under scrutiny after the man who once led England's 2018 World Cup bid made explosive allegations about corruption at the heart of the bidding process.

Lord Triesman told MPs that four Fifa officials, who held England's fate in their hands, wanted money or favours. He said one member sought a knighthood and another requested £2.5m.

The BBC's Sports Editor David Bond has been looking into the claims.
