Mark Cavendish's first trainer still raising champions

Mark Cavendish, the first Briton to win the sprinter's Green Jersey at the Tour de France, started his racing career at his local cycling club on the Isle of Man.

Dot Tilbury has been running the 360 Cycling League for 20 years, and every week she oversees around 300 children of all ages, including several champions in various age groups.
