Young drivers unable to afford cost of car insurance
It has emerged that fewer young people are taking their driving tests.
The number of 17 to 22 year-olds taking their driving test has fallen by 19% since 2005, a drop of more than 200,000 people.
Analysts say it could be that the rising cost of learning to drive, plus the cost of insurance is that is putting them off.
The BBC's Debbie Randle has been to meet a teenager who has to rely on a much cheaper mode of transport.
