Police raids target riot and looting suspects in Pimlico

Police have been carrying out raids at properties in Pimlico as part of efforts to track down people suspected of involvement in rioting and looting in London in recent days.

Chief Supt Simon Ovens said he was really pleased with the results of the operation so far, and pledged that the Metropolitan Police would use all of its resources to bring offenders to justice.
