Facebook 'inciters' appeal four year sentence

Two men jailed for using Facebook to incite disorder during last week's riots are to appeal against their prison sentences.

Jordan Blackshaw and Perry Sutcliffe-Keenan from Cheshire didn't actually participate in any violence.

Rebecca Tanner represents Perry Sutcliffe-Keenan and said a distinction should be drawn between the people who caused the riots and her client who has been sentenced for an intent.
