MP's former mistress denies being a Russian spy

An MP has resigned from the Defence Select Committee, after months of rumours that his former assistant and mistress was a Russian spy.

Mike Hancock denies Katia Zatuliveter had access to confidential material.

Ms Zatuliveter admits a four year affair with Mr Hancock but denies working for Russian intelligence, and she is fighting deportation from the UK.
