St Paul's remains closed but wedding goes ahead

The doors of St Paul's Cathedral have remained shut to members of the public as an anti-capitalism protest in its churchyard enters its seventh day.

Up to 300 protesters from Occupy London Stock Exchange (OccupyLSX) have been camped in the churchyard for a week and have refused to leave.

The cathedral has been closed since Friday - the first time since World War II - amid health and safety concerns.

The BBC's Jon Brain said that St Paul's was losing around £16,000 a day in tourism revenue but that a wedding had gone ahead on Saturday, with the bride making her entrance through a side door.
