Calls to cap charity shops to help Britain's High Street

Hard-up shoppers looking for bargains in the economic downturn have been increasingly turning to charity shops.

But in some town centres, there is concern that too many have opened their doors.

MPs have been discussing whether to cap the number of charity shops, to help revitalise Britain's high streets with other businesses.
