ECB: Cricket 'will be destroyed' unless integrity is restored

Former Pakistan cricket captain, Salman Butt, and fast bowler, Mohammad Asif, have been found guilty of corruption charges.

A jury at Southwark Crown Court found they had both been involved in a plot to deliberately bowl no balls at pre-arranged times during a test match against England at Lords last summer.

The effects of the ruling will be felt around the world of cricket and authorities must act quickly to restore the integrity of the game.

David Bond looks at the consequences for the game.
