William and Kate visit Unicef famine relief depot in Copenhagen

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been learning about the work of children's charity Unicef during a visit to an emergency supply centre in Denmark.

After their arrival, the Royal couple helped to pack food parcels that will be sent to malnourished children in Africa.

An estimated 12 million people in East Africa are at risk of starvation because of food shortages and famine has been declared in Somalia.

William and Kate were accompanied on their visit by Denmark's Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary, amid something of a media frenzy.

Peter Hunt reports.
