Lawyer describes realising NoW had hacked voicemails

A lawyer representing the victims of phone hacking has told of his "eureka moment" when he realised that the News of the World could only have obtained a story by listening into voicemail messages.

Mark Lewis also told the Leveson inquiry into press standards that he believed the practice went beyond just one newspaper.
